In a society where the norms and expectations are “one size fits all” but the reality is different, how do we transform our schools to welcome all learners? In this workshop, we will share with educators the Barbara and Jack Kay ECLC journey towards becoming an inclusion school and the reasons why inclusion is a must and not an option. How do we start? Who are the diverse learners? How do we partner with families? How do we make inclusion a success process?
